Do I need an account to buy tickets?

No. You can book tickets as a guest by providing your name, email, and phone number. Your tickets and QR codes will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. Creating an account lets you manage your bookings, save favourites, and access your tickets from any device.

How do I receive my tickets?

After a successful booking, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided. Attached to that email is a PDF file containing your itemised invoice and a separate QR code page for each ticket. Open the PDF and present the QR code at the venue entrance.

Can I download my tickets again after booking?

Yes. If you have an account, sign in and go to My Tickets, find your booking, and click "Download PDF". For guest bookings, your tickets are only sent once by email, so please keep that email safe.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe — EventAlbania never sees or stores your full card number.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Free tickets can be cancelled at any time at no charge. For paid tickets: cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund; cancellations made 2–7 days before the event receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. As an exception, any booking cancelled within 2 hours of purchase always receives a full refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I cancel my booking?

Sign in to your account, go to My Tickets, and open the booking you wish to cancel. Click "Cancel Booking" and review the refund amount calculated based on our policy. Confirm the cancellation — if a refund is due, it is submitted to Stripe immediately and will appear on your bank statement within 5–10 business days.

What happens if an event is cancelled by the organiser?

If an organiser cancels an event, all ticket holders will be notified by email and will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. EventAlbania will process these refunds automatically.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Ticket transfers are not currently supported through the platform. If you need to transfer a ticket, please contact our support team at support@eventalbania.com and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Why is the QR code not in the email body?

To ensure the best compatibility across all email clients and to prevent image-blocking issues, we include the QR codes exclusively in the attached PDF. Open the PDF attachment to find your QR code for each ticket.

My QR code was scanned but I cannot enter. What do I do?

Each QR code is valid for one entry only. If there is an issue at the gate, show your booking confirmation number (found in the email and PDF) to the venue staff. You can also contact us at support@eventalbania.com with your confirmation number.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you cannot find the email, ensure you entered the correct email address during booking. If the problem persists, contact us at support@eventalbania.com with the event name and the name used during booking and we will resend your tickets.

How do I become an organiser?

During sign-up, select the "Organiser" role. Your account will then have access to the Organiser Dashboard where you can create and manage events. All events must be reviewed and approved by EventAlbania before they appear publicly.

How long does event approval take?

We aim to review and approve or reject submitted events within 1–2 business days. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made.

How do organiser payouts work?

After an event has taken place and all ticket revenue has been collected, organisers can request a payout from their Organiser Dashboard. Payouts are reviewed by EventAlbania and transferred within 3–5 business days.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, send an email to support@eventalbania.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
